How will we compete when everything can think, decide and act? (Talksprache: deutsch)
In a world where intelligence is no longer scarce but embedded into every process, product, and decision, the fundamental logic of organizations is breaking. This talk explores the rise of the AI-native organization — a new operating model where humans and AI agents collaborate as a unified system. Instead of hierarchies and rigid processes, work is orchestrated through intelligent agents, event-driven systems, and modular teams that continuously learn and adapt.
Drawing from real-world examples, we will examine how organizations can redesign themselves for this new reality:
from human-only decision-making to human–AI symbiosis,
from static structures to agent-based operating systems,
and from control to trust.
Beyond technology, this talk addresses the human side of the transformation: What becomes of our roles, our skills, and our value when machines can think and act? And how do we build organizations where humans don’t compete with AI — but become more human through it?
This is not a distant future. It is the new competitive equation — already unfolding.
