Udo Urbantschitsch

Udo Urbantschitsch is vice president Technology Sales for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and a member of the EMEA executive leadership team at Red Hat. Udo leads the EMEA Go-To-Market strategy, accelerating a world-class tech sales community to grow and mature the organisation. He helps influence and shape the strategy in EMEA with a focus on technology sales, working with customers, and with hyperscalers such as AWS, Microsoft and Google. Internally, Udo is responsible for the global tech sales community and managing the EMEA Products & Technologies Business Unit to create a highly functional team. Prior to this, Udo was Red Hat’s country manager for Austria. Udo lives with his wife, 3 children and 4 cats on the outskirts of Vienna. In his free time he loves sailing, cabinet making and tinkering with electronics and just recently renewable energies - a remnant of his studies in electrical engineering and business administration
